Privacy notice

This notice explains how Dromo S.r.l. processes personal data submitted through this website. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning your data, contact info@studiodromo.it.

Data we collect

When you use the general contact form, we collect your name, e-mail address, subject and message. When you apply for a position, we also collect the role or area of interest, your CV and any information you include in the application. The website may additionally process technical information required for security and reliable delivery, such as IP address, date, time, page and browser data.

Why we use it

Contact-form data is used to assess and reply to your enquiry and to manage the resulting professional correspondence. Recruitment data is used to evaluate your application, communicate with you and manage possible pre-contractual steps. Please do not include special-category or sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary and legally appropriate.

Legal basis and retention

Depending on the request, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Dromo’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and operating its business, and your explicit action in submitting the form. Data is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes and for any applicable legal, security or dispute-management requirements. Unsuccessful recruitment applications are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is required by law.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised Dromo personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, e-mail, security and recruitment, acting under appropriate obligations. Data is not sold. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, Dromo uses the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact info@studiodromo.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Third-party content and cookies

Embedded media, maps, video platforms, analytics or security services may process technical data or set cookies according to their own policies. Where required, non-essential cookies are activated only after the relevant choice is made through the website’s consent controls.
